GiftWorks Premium includes everything in GiftWorks Standard:

  • Contact management features allow organizations to capture critical data, manage interactions, schedule tasks and add custom fields for all contacts, including prospects and donors.
  • Donations, pledges, matching gifts, honoraria and memorials can be managed, along with campaigns and automated acknowledgments.
  • SmartLists can segment donors and donations by geography, giving history, interests and other criteria for targeted mailings and focused reports.
  • Mailing features such as built-in mail merge facilitate creation of custom solicitations, thank-you letters and updates.

Q. How many licenses do I need?

A. You will need one GiftWorks license for each computer on which you plan to install the software. You can then save the GiftWorks database in a shared location that is accessible to all of the GiftWorks computers, typically your shared server, so multiple users can access the database simultaneously. Q. How do I get my data into GiftWorks?

A. GiftWorks has a built-in importer which can help you import your donors and donations into GiftWorks from Excel, Access, .txt or .csv files. We offer an import guide on this site and a free import overview webinar each week to help you get started. In addition, we offer custom data imports. Q. Some of our staff work from home. Can they access GiftWorks remotely?

A. GiftWorks Anywhere is a remote access solution for organizations that have multiple locations and need to be able to access GiftWorks via an internet connection. Users will be able to use GiftWorks on a remote secure server using Citrix technology. GiftWorks Anywhere is the same friendly, easy-to-use, easy-to-understand software as GiftWorks - just accessible from anywhere!

Q. Can GiftWorks be used with a Macintosh?

A. The desktop version of GiftWorks runs on Windows, but can be used successfully in a Mac environment using tools such as Parallels. We recommend GiftWorks Anywhere (see details above) for our Mac friends.
